This is the 6 Pin board replacement for 42001-0096S. If you do not have the rare Sta-Rite MX heater, this 42002-0007s board will work.
With the pins on the right side when mounted, attach the ribbon cable starting from the bottom up, leaving the top 3 pins unconnected.
